RULES:
The object of the game is to pop the pig. Place the hamburgers, number side down on the table and mix them up. Place the pig on the table. The youngest player goes first, then play proceeds clockwise. ON your turn, roll the die. Based on the color you roll pick up a corresponding burger from the table. If there are no more in that color, then do nothing and end your turn. If you roll the X-ed out burger, then you skip your turn. If you roll a wild-milti-colored burger, then pick any available color burger. Look at the bottom of your burger at the number, then feed the burger to the pig and press down on the pig’s hat until you hear a click the number of times equal to the number of the burger you fed it. If the pig pops then you win the game, otherwise your turn ends and the next player goes. To play again, press down on the pigs hat one more time to deflate it; then buckle the belt and move the arms down. Open the compartment on the back of the pick to empty out the eaten burgers.

It's a little bit different from Gassy Gus, but Gassy Gus offers card version rather than dice. Object of the game is to win by emptying your hand while having Cola as a penalty card to make an opponent press Gus more, obviously you do not want Gassy Gus to fart, if you do, draw cards.

OMG I remember having this as a kid, this brings back memories. I believe the Balloon-Belly got brittle eventually and thus the game unplayable.
