  1. Glad to hear the Devo shoutout! Was kinds hoping to hear about their game here. But hey, next time, right? :3

If you do do a part 2, please also talk about the Residents games as well as Aural Quest (the Stranglers).

  2. I saw someone playing Kill Thrill on original hardware back in 1999, so you could definitely get it on disc somewhere.

  3. a tie-in video game is like one of the few things king gizzard still have to do

  4. The kiss song God Gave Rock n Roll to you plays if you beat the game

  5. Well, Wu-Tang's game having togglable censorship is obvious.

It's because Wu-Tang's for the children. Also, game's alright. Nothing to complain.

  6. "They should make Rumble Roses but with Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande."

  7. FIVISH COLLAB WE'RE EATING FELLOW TERMINALLY ONLINE GAYS

  8. im tinkering my anbernic and saw this unexpected post!

  9. I FORGOT WE HAD THE CRAZY FROG GAME I PLAYED THAT SHIT

  10. You need to look up the arcade version of Moonwalker… It was a completely different game.

  11. This reminded me of the old iPod mini(?) exclusive game, Song Summoner: the Unsung Heroes, which used the songs in your iPod to create and power up rpg characters you could use for a limited number of battles. It was a super cool idea, but I don't think it can even be emulated at this point 🙁

  12. Great vid!

Glad about the Iron Maiden shout-out at the end. There's still a TON of other musician-based games out there, including Peter Gabriel's Xplora1, and Laurie Anderson's Puppet Motel. Would be fun to see you talk about those.

  13. Hey, I generally enjoyed this video, but I don’t really understand why you decided to include the bit at the end about the potential of a pop girls fighting game doing very well. Sure you do say it shouldn’t exist, just that if it did exist it would be very popular, but idk I feel like it’s the kind of bad idea that shouldn’t really get in front of a lot of people. Still really love your videos. Still very much subscribed. Just didn’t really enjoy that portion of it. Just my two cents.

  14. if there's ever a follow up to this video, i need to hear mic's take on Jojo Siwa: Worldwide Party

  15. I came across a Moonwalker arcade cabinet in the wild with no context last year… to say I was confused is an understatement 😅

  16. I'm surprised you didn't give an honorable mention to Fight Club for having Fred Durst in it 😂

  17. My mom gets motion sick anytime she plays a 3d game, but for some reason, she absolutely loved crazy frog racing, and we'd play it together all the time when i had my PS2. That game isn't good, but it left a big impression on me.

  18. If a pop-star brawler would happen, I would main Lana Del Rey and destroy everyone in the game

  19. Please please pretty please with sprinkles on top make “the music that defined the 1980s . It’s next in line and i love that series:)

  20. Blood on da Sand middle eastern setting was a cost cutting measure because it was a cancelled game the devs were working on. 50 ended up finding the juxtaposition so funny he gave the go ahead.

  21. you might have to make another king gizzard and the lizard wizard discography dive

  22. Your video game concept at the end with female pop stars fighting each other reminds me of the MTV show "Celebrity Deathmatch" in a way.

Also Aerosmith was featured in another game called "9: The Last Resort". Specifically using Steven Tyler and Joe Perry's voices. https://youtu.be/ZzbEDnJjF3g?si=SrwTF-VDtvM4zbqF . Just fyi.

  23. the Michael Jackson deep discog dive thumbnail has me foaming at the mouth

  24. part two when? also I feel like tony hawks pro skater should be looked at as it changed my music taste at the time and maybe NFS underground.

  25. kpop tournament fighter is inevitable tbh

  26. My favourite video game based on an artist is that Radiohead video game experience they released in like 2021 and I don’t think that reflects well on me at all.

  27. You’re kinda getting too woke dude. One or two jokes or a commentary about something is fine, but more than that and it gets super noticeable

  28. patiently waiting for a Michael or Janet Discog Deep Dive

  29. My pitch would be a mostly heavy metal band mascot platform fighter

  30. Glad you said you dont believe in woke outrage so that i never watch another of your videos again.
    Enjoy mediocrity.

  31. You should talk about Emo Game next time too!

  32. What about Journey Escape for the Atari 2600? 😂
